About MBDT
Since 2002 I am working in the Industrial printing Industry, where Pad, Screen and most of it Digital printing was my territory. I learned in the Industry that everything must be quicker, cleaner, easier but most of all cheaper.
I learned during my job that all these issues could be achieved with digital printing. My first own industrial project was OEM product from Mimaki, what had the possibility to go 500mm up in height. This digital flatbed printer was not only the first machine with this height adjustment, he had also ionization for products like ABS and PS, because we wanted to print directly on the surface and not by transfers. At the Fespa in Geneva, Switzerland the first digital flatbed printer like this was launched.
After this great show in Geneva, we had so many attention that a huge company in Germany asked us to help them to get a mobile phone from Sony Ericson digital printed with a design of one of the world fames designers Christain Gaultier. So we launched the Ed Hardy mobile phone, with our digital flatbed printer.
We sold this digital flatbed printer in Europe and in the US successfully, but unfortunately Mimaki stopt producing this standard printer, what means we need to have a new idea for our industrial printing market. Mimaki asked me if I want to help them to get a new printer for the Industry into the market, and we gave them the facts and the figures what was necessary to be successful in our industrial industry. After a few weeks Mimaki came with the UJF 3042 FX, what was built with our help for the industrial printing industry. We chanced this small flatbed printer, with an extra stable bar, because we raised this machine up to 300 mm, we had some extra sensors to project the print heads, we had off course the ionization air for the critical plastics, we had a stabile production table and from then on, the BE 300 serie was born. This digital flatbed printer was a real success, and from then on I tried to get more and more innovative new digital possibilities on the market with a solution for every purpose.
So after a several projects with digital printing machines, I started to print directly on several substrates like Glass, Ceramics and Stainless steel (for the Architecture). This resulted in a great network into The Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. So after all I can speak of a long experience in digital printing with a great network in USA, Mexico, Europe and Middle East.
